It’s a Giant offer from the Titans
OK, so these guys aren’t man enough to play lacrosse so they settled for football, but watching the New York Giants and their run to the Super Bowl has been interesting, to say the least.
The New York Titans have noticed, and they want to show their support for the hometown Giants. That said, if your name is Eli, or a variation of, you can attend the Titans’ home opener for free on Jan. 31.
“We want to show our solidarity with our fellow New York team and show support for Eli, who often gets a bum rap in this town,” Titans COO Tim Kelly told the New York Post. “We are very proud of the Giants and are rooting for them to ruin the Patriots’ perfect season.”
It’s Eli Appreciation Night on Jan. 31 against the San Jose Stealth, so if you show up at Madison Square Garden and show a valid ID to prove your name is Eli (or Elisha or Elijah), or wear Manning’s No. 10 football jersey, you’ll be admitted to the Titans game free of charge.
