Dance Team Pick’ems: Week 7

Hazzah. Week 7 is upon us, and the our Dance Team Pick’em group is back with their hot selections for the weekend. Quick update: Allison from the Minnesota Performance team continues to carry the lead for the group thanks to sticking with her Minnesota Swarm for the early part of the season. Philly Angel Lauren has continued to impress with her selections, however, as is right behind Allison in race. Shrewd selections in Week 6 gave most Pick’em participants a leg up heading into this weekend.

With four days of lacrosse this weekend, I think it will be prove to be an exciting week for the league. Colorado will continue their winning streak and come out on top against Portland. Minnesota will also continue their winning streak and beat NY and Portland. With Buffalo and Calgary both at two wins and two loses, I think Calgary is going to step up and win. Record: 15-8

Looking for Chicago to come on strong in San Jose after a great showing at home. Overall it’s going to be a great week in the NLL!! Record: 12-11

All I have to say is GO MAMMOTH!!! Let’s get another win under the belt to keep us undefeated!!! Record: 12-10

Portland can’t contend Prout, Carey, and Langtry; Colorado’s talented and proven offence. Colorado is also leading the west at 4 - 0. This team has proven they are here to win. I don’t think that their winning streak will end anytime soon. Record: 7-5

This is the week for the undefeated teams to protect their record. The Swarm will keep their winning streak going with two home games this weekend. COL, another undefeated team, will win at home and I pick ROC to beat TOR starting their comeback after a rough start to the season as defending champs. Record: 16-7

My only comment for the week is that Philadelphia is getting antsy for the Wing’s next win!! Two bye weeks is no fun! Record: 15-9
