Pay attention, there will be a test

In the immortal words of George Costanza, worlds will collide!

Except as it applies here, it’s a good thing, regardless of what the world’s most famous moocher will tell ya. So let ‘em collide because what we’re looking at is one of the league’s best offensive units being tested by one of the league’s top defensive units when the Toronto Rock visit the Philadelphia Wings on Saturday. Bob Watson and the Rock have surrendered a league-low 10 goals per game, but Athan Iannucci and the high-flying Wings come in averaging 15 goals per game.

“We’ll be paying a lot of attention to him,” Rock coach Glenn Clark tells The Canadian Press. “Like all great players, you don’t stop him with one guy. He’s a lights-out talent, no doubt.”
