With only three weeks to go, somehow, there is only one team in the entire league that has clinched a playoff spot.

Usually teams are clinching regular season division titles at this point, in the NLL, we’re still hashing out even our most basic playoff picture (which is actually pretty cool).

Either way, every single team is still mathematically still alive, with of course Colorado the only team that has actually guaranteed themselves a post-season birth.

So with that said, this week’s Player Poll was pretty simple. I asked the guys who they thought the four teams in the East were gonna be and what three teams would be joining Colorado in the West.

The West kinda played out based on what the standings look like now. So nothing too crazy. But the East, totally different story.

Also added a question about what matters most when you’re gunnin’ for the Cup. I made one major omission, which as always, the guys told me about. But again, some pretty interesting stuff.

And before you peek at the results, the first two questions read a little different than in past weeks. Instead of setting it up as the usual multiple choice kinda answer, I broke down the percentage of votes each team got from the player pool that voted (guys chose four teams in question one and three in question two since Colorado is already in, get it?). So for example, Buffalo and Minnesota had every single guy use one of their four votes for that question taking them, so I posted them as getting 100% of the vote.
