Welcome to the final four.

Not THAT final four. It’s THIS final four. The important one! Well, we suppose that all depends on your perspective but in the grand scheme of things what’s more important? Lacrosse or dance team girls? Hmmm … that’s a tough one. Well, not really. But press on we will with the final four contestants of our NLL Girl of the Week contest. With Ashley’s 372-163 win over Sabrina this past week, we are down to the final four contestants. And going up against each other this week in the first semifinal is Crystal of the New York Titans and Megan of the San Jose Stealth.

If we’ve gotta explain the process from here, you’re new to these parts. But we’re gonna give you the benefit of the doubt and just tell ya to turn the page, take a look at the contestants and let you figure it out from there. Go ahead. We trust ya.

What’s there to say about Crystal or Megan that hasn’t already been said?

We’re gonna start with Crystal. She earned major points with us way back in the first round when she popped into the WingsZone to egg on the voters. Remember when she asked if she needed to post a bikini shot to win? Well, she proceeded to win without the bikini shot but now … well, now it’s a different story. Crystal’s obviously out for the victory and will settle for nothing less. In preparing this week’s segment, we went to check her NLL profile page and there it is! A bikini shot! Very nice timing, by the way. Not that it had anything to do with this being the final four, right? Is this that playoff killer instinct? Who knows? But who’s complaining?

We’re definitely not telling anyone how to vote in this contest. We’re just providing the means and the ability to cast informed and educated votes. This being America and all, we’re not about to mock the system. That’s the furthest thing from our minds as we debate the issues that surround NLL Girl of the Week contests.

Megan hasn’t posted any new photos of herself on her NLL profile page, but there are enough on her page to take a gander at that maybe you haven’t seen before. Our guess is these were all taken in the same photo shoot but as is the case with other photos, we’re not complaining. We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again, we dig that All-American smile of Megan’s, a smile that lights up a room. Yeah, that’s it. And who knows? If Megan wins this round, maybe she’ll be motivated to offer some new vantage points in the next round? Ya never know till ya try, right? So do what any democracy loving, freedom bearing, liberty minded person would do …. vote today, vote now.
