  • It was a lot closer than it was last time these two teams met, but the Six Nations Arrows remained undefeated with a 10-8 win over the K-W Braves
  • There was a wider margin over in Orangeville where the Northmen downed the Mississagua Tomahawks 14-3
  • The Orillia Rama-Hammond Kings got things going offensively and tied the Peterborough Lakers 9-9 in OT

Saturday, May 31

  • Just one game in Ontario Jr. A last night. The St. Catharines Athletics handed the Akwesasne Indians just their second loss on the season, however they did it convincingly. Final score 7-1 for the Athletics.

  • Athan Iannucci made his debut with the St. Regis Indians, but his two goals weren’t enough as the Brampton Excelsiors came out on top 6-4

  • The Port Coquitlam Saints downed the hapless South Fraser Stickmen 8-5

Saturday, May 31

  • The Victoria Shamrocks edged out the Burnaby Lakers 9-8 in a battle between two of the top teams
  • In a result that came as a surprise to some, the surging Nanaimo Timbermen took out the New Westminster Salmonbellies 8-4
  • And in a result that surprised no one the Coquitlam Adanacs topped the Delta Islanders 14-4

Western Lacrosse Association

Saturday, May 31

  • The Burnaby Lakers and Nanaimo Timbermen battled their way to a 9-9 tie despite a period of overtime
  • The Coquitlam Adanacs downed the Langley thunder 9-6

Rocky Mountain Lacrosse League

  • The Sr. B Spruce Grove Slash defeated the Jr. A Calgary Raiders 9-7
  • In other Sr. B vs. Jr. A action, the Sr. B DVN Oilfield Raiders edged out the Calgary Jr. A Mountaineers 10-9
