B.C. Jr. A Coach and GM Poll
Before the Minto began both Ontario and Alberta brass had the chance to chime in with their selections for such prestigious categories as player most likely to leave a fist-shaped indentation in an opponent’s head, and goaltender who routinely ruins a team’s chances for a game-winning goal. Of course we couldn’t leave the boys of B.C. out of those honours, so here’s a rundown on what the GMs and coaches of B.C. Junior A had to say about the players they play against all year. Find out who topped the voting where and what player grabbed the attention of everyone behind the bench. Here’s a hint: if there’d been a question about which player was most likely to place in the top two of nearly half of all categories, Curtis Manning would’ve been the answer to that one, too.
