Lacrosse on the silver screen? You betcha
There’s some exciting news that the game of lacrosse will get a starring role in an upcoming movie. Screendaily.com is reporting that shooting should begin this summer for Crooked Arrows, a comedy that’ll be set on an Upstate New York reservation. The story will be of a 30-something guy who puts his business dreams on hold to coach an under-achieving Native American high school team. Endorsements have been secured from Major League Lacrosse, the National Lacrosse League, US Lacrosse and LaxFestUSA.
