National Lacrosse League Girl of the Week: It’s Heidi from the Colorado Mammoth

Ya know, even the National Lacrosse League dancers have to take time off during the All-Star break, but they’re back in full force. This week, we’ve got Heidi from the Colorado Mammoth’s Wild Bunch as the National Lacrosse League Girl of the Week. Looks like every home game for the Mammoth fans can be a Heidi Game, but it obviously carries absolutely none of the negative vibe that the NFL’s 1968 Heidi Game has. Wanna learn more about Heidi? Like we had to ask. Just flip the page.

Heidi’s living outside of Denver these days in Aurora. She’s a grad of Colorado State with a BA in Public Relations and juding by the pictures she’s got, she’s mastered that craft. When she’s not dancing, she’s trying new restaurants around town or taking a show at the new Denver Performing Arts Complex. Her day job is as a performing arts marketing and promotions professional, so that explains the deal with going to shows. She’s gotta be familiar with with she’s promoting, right?
Maybe that’s why she loves dancing for Mammoth games, too. “I love dancing and the energy and loyalty of the fans, and I wanted to be part of this unique opportunity to be a role model in the community. Plus, who wouldn’t want to dance for the Mammoth?” she told NLL.com. She’s quick to add the support of her family has played a big role in where she is today, and in her down time, she might be enjoying her favorite movies of all time: The Godfather or Breakfast at Tiffany’s. But if you really wanna impress Heidi, show up in her dream car, The Batmobile.
So there’s Heidi, this week’s Girl of the Week for the NLL. Be sure to look for her again later this season in our NLL Girl of the Week contest, where you can vote for your favorites. And as long as you’re looking, be sure to vote in the current matchup between Doris and Laura, ’cause the polls won’t be open much longer.
