Lacrosse Links: NLL coaches shift focus to MSL

For a handful of coaches around the league, missing the playoffs is a disappointing end — and start — to the 2009 season.

I told myself I wasn’t going to do the jersey battles again this year. Not only because, you know, they’d already been done, but because last season I spent every weekend living in fear that someone would spot me out and about in my navy blue Hanson shirt and be all what gives you the right? But this year there were two jersey designs so breathtaking that they are just begging to go head-to-head in a fan poll and I can ignore it no longer. Jordan Hall makes it big in the blog world

There’s no question that New York Titans head coach Ed Comeau has his boys clicking on the floor, but now that the all-important playoffs are approaching, what about off? McCready, an Ontario and Canadian Hall of Fame goaltender, who was maybe best known for his revolutionary style of play, passed away in June of 2007. READ MORE »

Former National Lacrosse League head coach, assistant coach, scout and personnel director, and current NLL Insider contributor, Jeff Dowling, takes a more indepth look on his picks in yesterday’s NLL Trophy Case Chase.
