The Stealth may have moved from San Jose to Everett, Wash., but the team’s not going out without making some more noise. At least not the dance team. That’s where Jennifer fits in, a dancer whose debut for the Bombshells in 2009 was her first, and last. That didn’t keep her from being named an NLL Girl of the Week by the National Lacrosse League and as such, we’re giving her some proper props in our Girl of the Week contest. So Jennifer may be done dancing for the Stealth, but that doesn’t mean she can’t have a little fun on her way out.

Out of Santa Cruz, Calif., Jennifer’s been a dancer since the age of 3 and the background includes a ton of ballet and even more hip-hop experience. Sounds about right for an NLL dancer, right? But wait, there’s more. In addition to the excitement and thrill of dancing in front of a crowd, Jennier’s a motorhead! Well, kinda. She’s an avid motorcycle rider and owns a pair of bikes. “I have two dirt bikes: a 2007 Honda CRF 150r for the dirt and my older 2002 CR 80 for riding the sand dunes,” she told NLL.com. “I am working towards getting a motorcycle for the streets, but it is hard to find one that I like that fits my 5′0″ frame.”

Yeah, that’s cool. She’s an office worker right now but doesn’t envision that lasting much longer. Working for her parents’ real estate investment firm is a way of passing the time while she works toward her goal of owning and operating a fitness and dance studio. She’s got a BA in Theatre Arts from UC Santa Cruz, so she’s well on her way of making this dream come true.
