Fan poll: Of the teams without an NLL title, which will be the first to win one?

It’s time to take a look at the have-nots. There are a handful of National Lacrosse League teams out there who have come close, but haven’t quite experienced the thrill of winning it all. The Titans were runners-up last season and the rest of the teams, well, the rest of the have-nots that we’re thinking about have had some playoff experience. So while fans in Buffalo, Rochester, Calgary, Philadelphia Toronto and Colorado all know what it’s like to celebrate a title, today’s question is this: Which NLL team that has not won a league championship will be the first to do it?
First, we gotta state that we’re going with the teams as they are today. If any of the current teams won a title as a previous incarnation, it doesn’t count. That said, we all know how close the Titans came last year and some are thinking they’ll make another solid run this season from their new home in Florida.
But what about the Blazers? The Rush? The Swarm? The Stealth? All have had varying degrees of success over the years but the beautiful thing about sports is that it isn’t necessarily who has the most talent that wins. It’s how well the assembled talent works together, meaning any team in any season can put it together for a title run and ride the momentum all the way to the top.
So go ahead and pick the team you think’s gonna pull it off and when you’re done voting, mosey on over to WingsZone to explain why you think that team’s gonna be the next one.
